We write to confirm that the sale of your property to is no longer going ahead.

We also confirm your instructions to withdraw the property from our register. As outlined in our agency agreement, we require 14 days' notice before your property can be formally withdrawn. We will then send you our invoice if appropriate.

We will keep details of your property on file, in case you change your mind and wish to instruct us again at a later date.

Please note that should you subsequently exchange contracts with an applicant introduced by us we will be entitled to a fee as stated in our agency agreement.
